A clearer connected-care experience
Overview
Hospital rooms are built for efficiency, not emotional comfort. Connected Room transforms the hospital wall into a living display, allowing loved ones to contribute photos and messages through a secure companion interface.
Working with patients, nurses, and engineers, I shaped the experience from strategy through system design. Early pilot testing indicated strong positive feedback from both patients and clinical staff, particularly around emotional connection and ease of use.
