Verizon Access consolidates exclusive entertainment, sports, and music benefits into a single digital destination. The challenge was reducing fragmentation while clarifying what “access” meant across evolving partnerships and content over time.
I led digital design and art direction, shaping a scalable content framework that unified diverse benefits under a consistent interaction and messaging system. The resulting platform translated Verizon’s promise of exclusivity into a cohesive experience capable of supporting ongoing campaigns and cross-platform expansion.

Verizon’s digital shopping experience previously centered on isolated transactions, making it difficult for customers to explore products within a broader, needs-based context. Despite a wide portfolio of offerings, discovery lacked cohesion and strategic hierarchy.
I led experience design and creative direction across the homepage and key category pages, redefining Storefront as a curated, modular commerce system. The resulting framework organized offerings into meaningful groupings, enabling clearer discovery pathways and supporting personalization and long-term platform growth.

Beyond defining the framework, I led DCO template alignment and vendor execution, managing external production teams and overseeing final deliverables to ensure scalable, compliant, and brand-consistent outputs across dynamic paid channels.
