Overview
Verizon’s shift from rigid bundles to customizable plans required a new interaction model that simplified complex decision-making without overwhelming customers. Cross-functional teams restructured plan selection into modular, sequential choices that balanced flexibility with cognitive clarity.
As part of the core design team, I contributed to interaction strategy and interface development, collaborating closely with CX, partner agencies, and internal product teams to prototype and refine scalable plan-building patterns. My work focused on improving clarity within the selection flow and aligning interaction decisions across stakeholders.

+Play is Verizon’s subscription hub, bringing entertainment and lifestyle services into a unified platform. As the ecosystem expanded, the experience required clearer structure to support discovery, bundling, and subscription management without increasing complexity.
In partnership with the Creative Director, I helped shape interaction direction and visual refinement across key surfaces. Working closely with CX and product teams, we strengthened hierarchy, clarified subscription pathways, and evolved the platform toward a more scalable and engaging experience.
