Verizon’s shift from rigid bundles to customizable plans required a new interaction model that simplified complex decision-making without overwhelming customers. Cross-functional teams restructured plan selection into modular, sequential choices that balanced flexibility with cognitive clarity.
Close collaboration across CX, partner agencies, and internal product teams turned early prototypes into scalable plan-building patterns. Iteration clarified the selection flow and aligned interaction decisions across stakeholders.
